I went to the #EastMidsMeetUp!

So yesterday was the day that I have been waiting for for months – the #EastMidsMeetUp! I was super excited because it was my first proper blogger event. I attended the #DerbyBloggersBrunch in May, but that was more of a casual meet up than an event. The #EastMidsMeetUp was organised by Emmie from Carpe Diem Emmie, Kirsty from Kirsty Ralph, Kirstie from Behind the Scent and Lianne from The Brunette Says and took place at Manhattan 34 in Leicester. #DerbyBloggersBrunch – my first ever blogger meet up!

So today I went to my first ever blogger meet up. It was the #DerbyBloggersBrunch organised by the lovely Monet from Munching With Monet. It took place at The Cosy Club in Derby, one of the latest exciting new restaurants to open up in the city centre. The Gadget Show Live 2016

I’ve been to The Gadget Show Live at the NEC for the last two years and I’ve always had a fantastic time so when I had the opportunity to go again this year I just couldn’t miss it! I FINALLY saw James Morrison live!

I have loved James Morrison for ages and I’ve dreamt of seeing him live hundreds of times so when I got the chance to see him at the Royal Concert Hall in Nottingham I just couldn’t miss the opportunity! I probably paid a little too much for the tickets but I don’t mind because he’s one of those artists I’d pay almost anything to see. Plus we managed to get decent seats!
